Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Sinclair Saw & Mower Specialists Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 28 May 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 May 2007 at 11.10am.
