Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 June 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waterhouse Farms Limited be liquidated and that Daniel Perry Johnston, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 5 June 2007.
