Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul John McCormick and Neil Raymond Donnell, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed as liquidators of Merit Consultants Limited by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 29 August 2003 at 2.30pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited at 97–101 Hobson Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 14 June 2007 commencing at 10.00am.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is whether:
(a) to confirm the appointment of the liquidator or to appoint another liquidator; and
(b) to convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.
