Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 May 2007, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993,
that Craig Auld Insurances Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 May 2007 at 1.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 30 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
