Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that I, Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, have been appointed liquidator of 54 Cuba Street (2007) Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 1 June 2007 at 3.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 13 July 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
