Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 December 2006, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Omatua Farm Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 January 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 28 February 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
