Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 21 May 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Michael Crawford, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 21 May 2007.
