Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 January 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Terry Saville Motors Limited be liquidated and that Robert Drum, chartered accountant of ENZO Advisors Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 January 2007.
