Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators of the New Zealand Assets of the Above-named Incorporated Society
Notice is hereby given that on 23 May 2007, pursuant
to sections 246 and 342 of the Companies Act 1993,
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed by the High Court joint and several
interim liquidators of the New Zealand assets of NearZero Incorporated.
The interim liquidation of the incorporated society assets commenced as at the date of our appointment.
