it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Sintra Investments Limited be liquidated and that
Gary Noel Hitchcock, chartered accountant of WHK Gosling Chapman Limited, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
