Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 May 2007, the shareholders of the company resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 May 2007 at 2.00pm.
