Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 24 May 2007 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that S J Cottam Limited be liquidated and that Philip Craig Macey, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 24 May 2007.
