Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 24 May 2007 at 11.05am, the shareholders of Batleys Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Batleys Limited be placed into liquidation and that Murray Rodney Carey, chartered accountant of Wanganui, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 24 May 2007 at 11.05am.
Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 26 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
