Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 and the Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of The Crazy Express Limited (in liquidation) commenced on 15 May 2007 at 12.41pm, when the members appointed Murray
G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidator urgently.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has hereby fixed 22 June 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
