Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders
of the above-named company on 16 May 2007 at 1.00pm, appointed John Maurice Leonard and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators, jointly and severally, of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 20 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or
to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
