above-named company by a special resolution of
the shareholders on 2 May 2007.
The liquidation commenced on 17 May 2007 at 12.00 midday, being the date and time of my consent to the appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of G.L.B.Sherwood Limited, I fix 18 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
