Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Scott Alexander Kennedy, chartered accountant of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of Rust Ave Medical Limited on 14 May 2007 at 3.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Rust Ave Medical Limited (in liquidation) fixes 22 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
