Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 15 May 2007, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Taranaki Galvanizers (2003) Limited be liquidated
and that Philip Craig Macey, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 15 May 2007.
