Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 and the Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Comfortplus Limited (in liquidation) commenced on 14 May 2007 at
4.21pm, when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as interim liquidator by order of the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 246 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the interim liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize returns to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The interim liquidator has hereby fixed 6 July 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the interim liquidator.
