Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 14 May 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wendy Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 May 2007 at 2.00pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 14 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
