On 4 May 2007, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Entiley Creative Limited be liquidated and that Colin
F. Currie, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, 4 May 2007 at 11.00am.
