Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Firstplus Finance Limited (in liquidation) and Old Detroit Motors Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 246(1) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 April 2007 at 10.55am and 10.54am respectively.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Firstplus Finance Limited (in liquidation) and Old Detroit Motors Limited
(in interim liquidation), we fix 26 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
