Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 2 May 2007 at 1.30pm, the shareholders of 1908 Cafe Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 1 June 2007.
