Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of the above named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on
30 April 2007.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2007, being the date of our consent to our appointment.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of Small World Media Group Limited, we fix 12 June 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
