Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 March 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kerikeri Construction Limited be liquidated and that Wayne Michael Weber, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 April 2007.
