Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 April 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Logan O Leoghain Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Douglas Montgomery, chartered accountant of Patumahoe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2007.
