On 1 May 2007 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Uni Vision Graphics Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 1 May 2007 at 5.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidators hereby fix 25 May 2007 (being a date not less than 10 working days from the date of this notice), as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
