I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, I was appointed as liquidator of Canterbury Womens Golf (Incorporated) with effect from 13 April 2007 at 4.45pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The incorporated society has resolved that it was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Canterbury Womens Golf (Inc) (in liquidation), I fix 31 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
