Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Southern Air Support Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 11 April 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 11 April 2007 at 11.26am.
