Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 30 April 2007 at 10.00am,
a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that Foxcon Aviation New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Paul Ernest Rogers, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Foxcon Aviation
New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) fixes 31 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
