Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 April 2007 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Milford Pastoral Limited be liquidated and that Steven Basil Drummond, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 April 2007 at 11.00am.
