Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 24 April 2007 at 1.00pm, the shareholders of Arc Cafe Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 25 May 2007.
