Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the
Companies Act 1993, that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, The Car Affair Company Limited was placed in liquidation by special resolution
of shareholders and entered into the company’s minute book.
Graham Lewis St John Pedler, chartered accountant of Napier, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 27 April 2007 at 2pm.
