Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 April 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that McFall Farm Company Limited be entered into voluntary liquidation and that Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The voluntary liquidation commenced on 19 April 2007.
