Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RAE Properties Limited be liquidated and that Helen Elizabeth Walker, of Walker & Walker Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 March 2007 at 1.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 15 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
To: All known creditors.
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called as specified in section 243(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.
2. The reasons why the liquidator so decided are:
“The company is solvent and has no creditors.”
3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after the publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
