Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 April 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Eventworks Event Specialists Limited be liquidated and that Lyall Walton Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 April 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Eventworks Event Specialists Limited (in liquidation) fixes 10 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to Lyall Brown during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
