Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, we, Richard Grant Simpson and Kerry Trevor Price, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed to act jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 31 December 2006 at 8.00am.
The director has resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 7 February 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
