Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the
Companies Act 1993, that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation by special resolution of shareholders and entered into the company’s minute book.
The date of commencement of the liquidation is 5 April 2007 at 2.00pm.
Stephen Hugh Orr Reaney, chartered accountant of Napier, has been appointed liquidator of Inch By Inch Limited.
