Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 3 April 2007, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company
be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 7 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
