Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Neville George Dodd, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 2 April 2007, the date that the liquidation commenced.
