Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Shaan Winiata Stevens, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company
by special resolution of the shareholders on 29 March 2007 at 11.47am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The undersigned does hereby fix 18 April 2007, as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
