Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on 2 April 2007 at the times stated:

- NZ Wholesale Jewellery Direct Limited (struck off and in liquidation) at 10.58am.
- Mason Building Limited (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
- Shane and Sandy Davis Limited (in liquidation) at 11.02am.
