Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 and the Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on 30 March 2007 at 3.00pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by passing of a resolution by entry in each company’s minute book.
The director previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors.
Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect of either company should provide details to the liquidator urgently.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator hereby fixes 4 May 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.

Note: The companies being liquidated have been certified by the director as being solvent companies.
