Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 26 March 2007, appointed Grant S. Anderson, chartered accountant of Falloon Jenkins Anderson Limited, Rangiora, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 26 March 2007.
