Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Clean Air Management Limited be liquidated and that John Ivan Farac, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 March 2007 at 10.00am.
