Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Associated Financial Services Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2007 at 11.10am.
