Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 7 March 2007 at 3.00pm, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company by special resolution appointed Clive Bish, of KDB Chartered Accountants Limited, Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
