Take notice that Origin Pacific Airways Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) resolved, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on
15 November 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of postal ballot to confirm the appointment of liquidators or to appoint liquidators in place thereof on Friday, 12 January 2007 at 4.00pm.
The liquidation commenced on 15 November 2006 at 1.09pm.
Creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level 1, 148 Victoria Street (PO Box 13401), Christchurch.
