Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that VFM Maternity Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 December 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 December 2006 at 11.05pm.
