Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the board of the above-named company appointed named liquidators upon the occurrence of an event specified in the constitution on 23 March 2007
at 10.00am, namely Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally.
The undersigned does hereby fix 27 April 2007, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
